Refund Policy

7 days, no questions asked. Healthcare compliance professionals should not have to fight for a refund.

// The Short Version

7-day refund policy. If the Breach Compliance kit is not what your practice needs, email support@breachsecurity.io within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Include your order ID. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund eligibility ends 7 days after purchase. After that window, all sales are final.

// How to Request a Refund

Email support@breachsecurity.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

1. Your order ID (found in your Stripe receipt email and on the order confirmation page).
2. The email address used at checkout.
3. Optionally: what did not meet your needs — this helps us improve the kits, though it is not required for a refund.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and issue the refund within 5 business days. You will receive a Stripe refund confirmation email when it processes.

// The Fine Print

Refund window: 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The timestamp on your Stripe receipt is the reference.

Partial refunds: Not offered. All refunds are full purchase price.

Stripe processing fees: Stripe does not refund their processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) on refunded transactions. This is Stripe's policy, not ours — we absorb this cost and refund you the full purchase price.

After the 7-day window: All sales are final. We do not make exceptions. If you have a question about kit contents before buying, email us first — we respond within one business day.
