How is this different from buying a generic HIPAA template pack online?
Every document includes a paired self-verification report mapping each section to the specific regulatory citation it satisfies. You can hand the self-verification report to your auditor or attorney to fast-track their review. Do you ever see my patient data?
No. You purchase the templates as digital downloads, customize them on your own systems, distribute them to your own patients, and store the completed forms in your own EHR or filing system. We are a templates vendor, not a Business Associate. We never receive, store, or transmit Protected Health Information.
What format are the templates delivered in?
PDF for review and printing, plus editable Word (.docx) versions for customization. Some policy documents are also delivered in markdown so you can paste them into your EHR's policy module.
What if I need a refund?
Because the templates are digital downloads, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the templates do not match what is described on the product page. We do not offer refunds for buyer's-remorse after the templates have been downloaded.
